vBulletin geeft database error.

Ik heb dus net een vBulletin forum geupload naar mijn website, wanneer ik hem wil installeren (/install/install.php) geeft hij de install pagina.

Dus bij het aanmaken van de tabellen geeft hij database error. Ik heb de helpdesk gemailt, ze zeggen dat ik bij http://www.php4u.info/ moet kijken. Hun vBulletin werkt ook niet, dus ik kan de vraag daar niet stellen. Iemand 'n idee?
Mijn host is lycos webcenter.
