Verwijdert Windows11 oudere programma's?

Ik heb op mijn laptop met Windows11 een Canon utility geinstalleer die draaide onder Windows10. Nu is die Canon utility weer verdwenen, zomaar, vanzelf. Klopt dat? Ligt dat aan een of andere instelling?
