Vista geeft "Framework" foutmelding bij opstarten.

Bij het opstarten van Vista Home komt er een schermpje in beeld met een foutmelding met iets over "microsoft.net" en "framework".
Ik heb de details gekopieerd en hieronder geplakt.
Wie weet hoe ik dit op kan lossen ?

Ik heb echt 0,0 verstand van de framework materie, maar in een opwelling zou ik zeggen:
ga eens naar Windows update en kijk of er updates zijn?

Microsoft.net framework zegt me ook wel iets maar met al die details weet ik er ook niet veel van
