Vraag over dropbox

Ik heb Dropbox op mij pc en mobiel. In dropbox heb ik ook een gedeelde map met anderen. Op mijn gedeelde map op mijn mobiel kan ik de berichten van de anderen in die groep ook lezen. Op mijn pc kan ik in die gedeelde groep alleen mijn eigen berichten lezen, die van de anderen niet. De foutcode is 0x80070194 de cloud bestand provider is onverwachts afgesloten. Wat moet ik doen?

Ik krijg steeds een foutmelding:

Het heeft te maken met OneDrive.
Ik heb gisteren OneDrive helemaal leeg gemaakt en toen was het probleem verholpen maar komt nu weer terug.

Geen idee.
Het eerste dat ik na een nieuwe Windows installatie doe is OneDrive verwijderen omdat ik er een gruwelijke hekel aan heb.
