Goedenavond. Ik heb windows 10, logisch, anders had ik hier niet de vraag geplaatst. Nu had ik allemaal tegels zoals het weer, mail, afbeeldingen, groove, store en nog wat meer. Mijn laptop was gecrasht en mijn neef heeft hem weer gemaakt voor mij. Maar nu, als ik op start klik, geen tegel te zien. Heb de hele avond gezocht. Als ik bijvoorbeeld rechtsklik dan zou je moeten zien: live tegel aan start vastmaken oid, maar dat zie ik ook niet. Ik kon voorheen ook makkelijk de afbeeldingen zien, en met één klik mijn mailbox openen. Echt, ik heb het niet meer. Wat nu?

Start > Uitvoeren > CMD > Enter > Zwart Venster > Intypen chkdsk > Enter.

Laat Windows eens kijken of er bepaalde systeemproblemen zijn en zo ja, misschien is Windows in staat deze op te lossen.
Ga naar systeem, rechtse klik op opdrachtprompt, als administrator uitvoeren en typ in

sfc /scannow

(denk om de spatie tussen de c en de / )

Scannow had ik al uitgevoerd.

Geen gekke dingen.

Zou je eens een nieuwe Windows gebruiker willen aanmaken? Is het probleem daar ook aanwezig?

(en vergeet mijn eerdere bericht over chkdsk niet)

Dat is in ieder geval iets om op te lossen.

Graag nog een keer het zelf uitvoeren maar dan met het command chkdsk /f /r
Hij zal vervolgens vragen om bij een eerste herstart de chkdsk uit te voeren.
Dit graag uitvoeren.

No offence, maar je bent al érg lang hier op de Helpmij, waarom vermeld je in je 1e berichtje / je startbericht, niet dat je dat al hebt gedaan (eventueel andere dingen die je al hebt gedaan voordat je je vraag stelde)? Dat scheelt degenen die je willen helpen oplossingen te bedenken en sluit tevens dingen uit en / of bevestigt weer andere dingen.

Wat ik ermee bedoelde was het volgende :

als je als probleemhouder een probleem hebt, dan lijkt het mij een klein beetje logisch dat wanneer je om hulp vraagt, te tegelijkertijd aangeeft wat je zelf al hebt geprobeerd / gedaan om het probleem op te sporen / te tackelen, zodat wanneer er bijvoorbeeld 10 dingen zijn om uit te proberen en je hebt er al 9 zelf gedaan (zonder dit te vermelden) degenen die jou willen helpen, niet die 10 hoeven aan te geven, waarbij jij dan 9x zou antwoorden : heb ik al geprobeerd.

Oké, maar achteraf had ik het toch niet gedaan denk ik nu. En ik wist het even niet. Ik raak in paniek als er iets niet goed is en dan is mijn denkvermogen even wat anders...lang verhaal...
Ik moet nu in ieder geval weg en ik zal vanmiddag/avond even verder kijken of u of iemand anders iets voor mij kan betekenen.

Nog bedankt voor de reacties. Ik ben nu net thuis en ik ga de topic afsluiten. Het is helaas niet opgelost en ik zal even verder gaan zoeken naar een oplossing. Desnoods opnieuw laten installeren.

Ik heb een laptop gekregen van mijn neef. Maar op een gegeven moment was hij te langzaam voor mij. En ik had de anniversery update gehad van windows 10 daarna. Maar ik ging toen systeemherstel doen van voor die update. En toen deed hij het niet meer, hij bleef in een loop hangen. Daarna heeft mijn neef hem weer opgeknapt voor mij. En toen kwam ik er achter dat ik de live tegels niet meer had bij het opstarten, en dat vond ik juist zo handig. Ik zoeken op internet, wilde een app downloaden, maar kreeg de melding dat ik de app ms-windows-store niet had. Ik ben nogal een gewoontedier en raak een beetje in de war als er iets veranderd. Heb heel lang gezocht.

Ik ben al jaren lid van helpmij maar was dat helemaal vergeten.

Mijn neef had deze week geen tijd ook om me te helpen, druk met werk enzo.

Probeer het volgende:
Open de opdrachtprompt (rechtsklik) als administrator>kopieer en plak achter de prompt het volgende:

Hit de entertoets

In hetzelfde venster doe je het volgende (kopieer en plak):

start "" "ms-windows-store:"
Hit de entertoets en dan typ je
exit
en enter

Bij de meeste mensen werkt het probleemloos maar bij sommigen niet, we horen het wel.
