Word (2007) werkt niet meer

Ik krijg de laatste tijd als ik in Word werk opeens een uitval met de mededeling Word werkt niet meer. (in IE trouwens hetzelfde euvel). Daarna verschijnt de window zoals in bijlage. Voorheen kreeg ik deze misère als er een minder Vista Compatible programmaatje was geïnstalleerd. Nu kom ik er niet achter, behoudens dan die mededeling in de window die ik niet begrijp, zoals ik de meeste uitleg in Vista ( windows) niet begrijp ( en velen met mij). Wie snapt het wel en heeft een oplossing??

Ik vind deze workaround van MS geen realistische oplossing. De meeste mensen hebben 1 goede documentprinter staan en als dat net die HP is dan ben je de hele tijd aan het knutselen met je default-printer of met de tussenstappen om die HP te selecteren. Geen oplossing dus! Er moet toch een slimmere oplossing te verzinnen zijn? Wie helpt ons?
