word blok overnemen in access report

Hoi allemaal,

ik maak een access report. Hierin komt een stukje uit een word document. Ik kopieer dit stuk (Ctrl-V / C) in het access report. Maar nu wil ik dit blok aanpassen op het formaat van het report. Dat blok kan ik aanpssen, maar de inhoud gaat niet mee, dat blijft in de gekopieerde grootte. Met als gevolg dat het tekstblok te groot dan wel te klein is. Weet iemand of dit binnen het access report aan te passen? Alvast bedankt voor jullie hulp.

Als ik het goed begrijp, heb je een stuk tekst uit Word geplakt, en dan vermoed ik dat je dat gedaan hebt in een label of tekstvak? Als dat zo is: maak dan een Word object aan, waar je de tekst inzet. Dan heb je ook de betere opmaakmogelijkheden. Je kunt als je dubbelklikt op het object de pagina-marges van het Wordblok apart opmaken. Sterker nog: dat moet ook.... Als je object in Access een breedte heeft van 12cm, en je gebruikt in het tektsblok zelf een bladspiegel van 15 cm, dan raak je altijd 3 cm tekst kwijt. De breedte van het (Access) object moet dus minstens gelijk zijn aan de bladspiegel in de (Word)bewerkingsruimte van het object.

ik kan je verhaal helemaal volgen. Dat mbt de kolom grootte was ik inmiddels ook achter, dat verklaart waarom er een stuk tekst verdween. Maar nog 1 vraag, hoe maak ik een word object aan. Ik gebruik access 2007. Alvast bedankt maar weer.

Da's een fijne! In Access 2003 zit het in het menu <Invoegen>, <Object>. In 2007 weet ik het uit het hoofd niet (moet ik thuis opzoeken), maar er zal wel een menugroep zijn (extern of zoiets staat mij bij) waar je een ActiveX object kunt toevoegen.

Ik heb gisterenavond ook gezocht (in 2010) en mijn zoektocht was dus ook enigszins teleurstellend.... alhoewel ik niks verwacht van die nieuwe versies, dus eigenlijk verbaast het mij niks Misschien is dit verhaal wel de oplossing...

2 Right-click the table you want to contain your OLE object.
3 Choose "Design View" from your list of options.
4 Place your cursor in the next blank row. Type a field name. Click the "Data Type" drop-down box. Choose "OLE Object" from the list of options.

7 Choose your object type. Click "OK."

Forms and Reports
1 Open your Microsoft Access database.
2 Right-click the form or report you want to contain your OLE object.
3 Choose "Design View" from your list of options.
4 Click the "Design" tab. Click the "Insert ActiveX Control" button from the "Controls" group. Choose your OLE object from the list. Click "OK."
5 Drag and drop your OLE object onto your form or report. Use the size tabs to resize the object. Click the "Save" button.

Instructions

1 Open the form or report that you want to access Word Document through, or create a new form or report.
Right-click on the screen and select "Design View." This view allows you to modify the structure of the form or report.
2 Select the "Design" tab on the ribbon on the top of the page. Click on the "Unbound object frame" tool.
Select and drag the cursor in the area you want the Word Document to be displayed.
3 Choose the "Create from File" option and click on the "Browse..." button to locate the Word Document you want to be linked.
Select the "Link" option. Linking the Word Document will ensure that if changes are made to the document, it will be reflected in the MS Access form or report.
4 Modify the object size to accommodate the entire Word Document by dragging the orange lines surrounding the object frame.
If the form or report is too small, change the object's height and width or reduce the margins. Click on the "View" button from the "Home" tab on the ribbon and select "Form" or "Report" view to see the finished result.

Het verhaal klopt inderdaad, wat ik hierboven heb gevonden. In De werkbalk <Ontwerp> moet je in het blok <Besturingselementen> de tweede rij knoppen activeren. Daarin zit de knop <Frame voor niet-afhankelijk object>; dit is de knop met de cactus en de ondergaande zon (vraag me niet wat het icoontje met de functie te maken heeft ). En die doet exact wat ik heb uitgelegd voor de 2003 variant.
