World of Warcraft blauw scherm na een paar minuten spelen

Blauwe schermen bij het spelen van spellen

Ik heb hier nog steeds last van, ik zet even alles op een rijtje met wat nieuwe info:

Ik had laatst veel problemen bij het spelen van World of Warcraft, blauwe schermen enzo. Meestal gebeurde dit om de drie uur als ik geluk had. Dus ik heb Windows Xp helemaal opnieuw geïnstalleerd, zelfs bij de installatie van Xp kreeg ik blauwe schermen.


Maar nu krijg ik veel vaker blauwe schermen na ongeveer 5 tot 15 minuten spelen. Het gebeurd ook niet alleen meer in WoW, maar ook in Battlefield 2 en Sw Battlefront II.

M'n specs(Werkte eerst allemaal prima):

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2,8 Ghz
Geheugen: 2x 256 MB Whitelake 1x 512MB (Allemaal DDR)
Moederbord: GA-8IPE1000-G (van Gigabyte)
Videokaart: Ati Radeon 9600 series Versie driver: 6.14.10.6764 (Volgens http://www.systemrequirementslab.com) of 8.451-071220a1-057717C-Ati (Als ik bij software klik)
Harde Schijf: 111Gb, 50 Gb vrij
Directx: 9.0c
Geluidskaart: Realtek AC'97 Audio Versie driver: 5.10.0.6270
OS: Windows Xp en Vista (Crashes en blauwe schermen gebeurd op allebei)
Voeding: Component Pro 300Watt

M'n nieuwe specs als ik m'n nieuwe geheugenkaarten, videokaart en voeding er in doe:

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2,8 Ghz
Geheugen: 2x 256 MB Whitelake 1x 512MB 2x512MB Corsair (Allemaal DDR)
Moederbord: GA-8IPE1000-G (van Gigabyte)
Videokaart: Ati Sapphire x1650 Pro
Harde Schijf: 111Gb, 50 Gb vrij
Directx: 9.0c
Geluidskaart: Realtek AC'97 Audio Versie driver: 5.10.0.6270
OS: Windows Xp en Vista (Crashes en blauwe schermen gebeurd op allebei)
Voeding: Zalman ZM500-HP, 500W, 20/24P (Besteld, maar nog niet binnen. Ik weet niet of dit het probleem verhelpt, maar ik heb zowiezo een nieuwe voeding nodig voor de videokaart)

Als ik Star Wars Battlefront II speel krijg ik meestal geen blauw scherm, maar sluit ie gewoon af, ik krijg dan deze foutmelding:

had je voor je die ram kaartjes er in heb gedaan geen last en direct er na wel er last van?

Ik had er voor die ram kaarten er in zaten ook al last van.

Die dag dat ik alles opnieuw ging installeren had ik twee keer achter elkaar dat de computer opnieuw opstarte en het opstarten ging toen ook erg sloom, dus toen heb ik meteen alles er opnieuw opgezet

The error message you are experiencing can be caused by many things. If you haven't yet, please try the following steps:

1. With the game closed try moving or deleting your WTF, CACHE, and INTERFACE folders from your World of Warcraft directory. These folders will be recreated with default values the next time you run the game. Moving them to the desktop makes it easy to replace them if necessary.

For Windows users, detailed instructions on removing these folders can be found below:

-Click the Start button, select Programs, select Accessories and select Windows Explorer.
-In the new window click the + beside the My Computer option, this should expand a list.
-Click the + beside the Hard Disk with the (C label on the end (Or whichever Hard Disk the game was installed on).
-Click the + beside Program Files.
-Scroll down until you find World of Warcraft in the list and double click it.
-In the panel on the right there should be a list of files and folders, the WTF, CACHE, and INTERFACE folders should be in this list.
-Single click one of those folders and it should become highlighted, once that folder is highlighted press the Delete key on your keyboard. Do this for all three folders.
-Once the three folders have been deleted you can close Windows Explorer.
-If you are using Windows Vista, You will need to restart your system now before proceeding to the next step.
-Start the game again to see if this helps resolve your issue.

When you re-launch the game be sure to use the Launcher.exe shortcut located in the World of Warcraft directory (if you would like to bypass the Blizzard Launcher use the WoW.exe). Do not launch the game using any third party UI shortcuts. Please note that if you haven't successfully gotten into the game yet, these folders may not exist. If that is the case, please move on to the next step.

2. Be sure you have the latest video, sound, network card and motherboard drivers. More information on identifying your video and sound driver versions can be found at:

Drivers should be available from the manufacturer's website for each individual component. Motherboard drivers will be available on your motherboard or system manufacturer's site. 3. Doing a scan of the computer's physical memory can help you identify RAM problems which could cause this issue. We are tentatively recommending users try memory scan utilities such as the Windows Memory Diagnostic, available directly from Microsoft:

We recommend the extended test suite, which takes the longest time to run but is the most thorough test suite available with this tool.

If you have Windows Vista, this already has a Memory (RAM) Diagnostic Tool that you can use. Using this tool will require a reboot so please save any documents you have open.

- Click Start.
- In the Start Search field type in Memory and hit Enter.
- The first option you see should say Memory Diagnostic Tool.
- Run the Memory Diagnostic Tool - A window will pop up asking you if you want to reboot and check for problems not or check for problems the next time you restart.
- If you choose to restart now, Vista will reboot into the memory diagnostic utility.

If the memory test comes back with no errors, In order to troubleshoot this issue further for you, we will need to collect some diagnostic information about your computer and your game error and log files. Please email to wowtech@blizzard.com your dxdiag.txt, msinfo.txt, and your World of Warcraft error and log files to your reply for further diagnosis.

To obtain the systems diagnostic files, follow the instructions below:

For Windows Vista:

Important! - Please reboot your system prior to creating the dxdiag and msinfo files.

To obtain the DXDIAG file:

1. Press the Windows Key (the key with the Windows logo on your keyboard) + R (at the same time).
2. Type in DXDIAG and press Enter or click 'OK', this will open the DirectX diagnostic tool.
3. Click on the 'Save All Information' Button (save this file to your Windows desktop and name it dxdiag).

To obtain the MSINFO file:

1. Press the Windows Key (the key with the Windows logo on your keyboard) + R (at the same time).
2. Type in MSINFO32 and press Enter or click 'OK'. This will open the MSINFO diagnostic panel.
3. Click "File" in the top left, then click "Export" - this will prompt you to choose a location to save the file.
4. When the "Export As" window appears, choose the Desktop to save your file.
5. Click "Save"

For Windows XP/2000:

Important Note: Please reboot your system prior to creating the dxdiag and msinfo files.

1. Click on Start.
2. Click on Run.
3. Type in DXDIAG and press Enter or click OK, this will open the DirectX diagnostic tool. Run the DirectDraw, Direct3D and DirectSound tests found under the Display and Sound tabs before creating the dxdiag.txt file.
4. Click on the Save All Information Button (save this file to your windows desktop and name it dxdiag).
5. Click on the More Help tab and open the Microsoft system information tool (MSInfo).
6. Click on File and choose Export (save this file to your windows desktop as a text file and name it MSInfo). Please make sure to save this file as a .txt file and NOT as a .nfo file.

*Special MSinfo Instructions for Windows 2000 users:

1. Create your dxdiag.txt file as explained above
2. Now choose the More Help tab
3. Click the MSInfo button
4. Important! - Be sure to highlight the System Information in the top left
5. Go to the Action menu, choose All Tasks, Save As Text File
6. Save the file to your Desktop and name the file msinfo.txt.

To obtain your World of Warcraft Error files, follow the instructions below:

1. Open the My Computer Icon
2. Open the Hard Disk with the (C label on the end (Or whichever Hard Disk the game was installed on).
3. Open the Program Files folder
4. Open the World of Warcraft folder
5. There should now be a list of files and folders, look for the "Errors" folder.
6. Open this folder and you will find your Error files.
7. Make sure you attach the .txt version of these Error files.

To obtain your World of Warcraft Log files, follow the instructions below:

1. Open the My Computer Icon
2. Open the Hard Disk with the (C label on the end (Or whichever Hard Disk the game was installed on).
3. Open the Program Files folder
4. Open the World of Warcraft folder
5. There should now be a list of files and folders, look for the "Logs" folder.
6. Open this folder and you will find your Log files.

Now attach the msinfo.txt, dxdiag.txt, your game error .txt files and your game log files to your reply email.

Some email programs limit the amount of attachments you can send. If possible please archive the files you are sending in Zip format. This will compile all of the files into a single archive which can make it easier to email.

Hm, ik zal de dingen die niet te maken hebben met WoW maar proberen. Ik ben er namelijk net achter gekomen dat het waarschijnlijk niet aan het spel ligt. Mijn broertje was battlefield 2 aan het spelen, en zelfde error met dezelfde gebeurtenis-id en een blauw scherm.

Edit: Ik had geen moederbord driver geïnstalleerd. Maar ik heb geen idee of het daar aan kan liggen. Ik zal die RAM-test zometeen doen, maar ik hoop dat er niks mis mee is, want ik heb net twee kaartjes van 512MB erbij, zou zonde zijn.

Edit2: Ik heb de memory-test gedaan, 6 van de 6 tests die er waren zijn succesvol voltooid.

Edit: M'n vraag is opgelost De temperatuur van mijn CPU was te hoog. Ik heb de ventilator van de CPU schoongemaakt, en nu geen crashes of blauwe schermen meer
