SMF INSERT command denied?

Ik had deze vraag al ergens anders in het Engels gesteld, maar geen antwoord:

I recently updated my SMF forums to a newer version, at the end of July my bandwith limit exceeded. Today I was able to visit my forums again but it says command denied to user...?

I tried repairing table smf_settings but Mysql didn't like me and gave me this error:
