Kan geen spel installeren ?

hey,

Telkens als ik NFS Most Wanted wil installeren komt deze foutmelding.



Maar ik heb Direct X 10 wat zeikt dit ding ?

DirectX 9 staat ook gewoon op je instalatie cd/dvd van het spel.

1. After you mount the game image, copy all the files to you hard drive in one folder for example NFSMW.

2. Open the \NFSMW\Autorun folder..and then open the file autorun.cfg with Notepad.

3. Look for the parameter DirectXVersion=9.0c and change the 9.0c to 0 and save the file.

4. Run the Setup from your hard drive folder

ga er hierbij even vanuit dat het een gedownloade versie is.
directx 9 installeren op vista gaat niet werken.
staat al 10 op.

mounten is in dit geval niet nodig.

gewoon de iso of wat het bestand dan ook is uitpakken naar een map en de richtlijnen uitvoeren.

Euh, heb pasgeleden nog Daemon gebruikt op een Vista laptop om een game te installeren. Geen enkel probleem.

Waarschijnlijk heb je een oude versie.

pete1, hardstikke bedankt voor deze tip. Ik had exact hetzelfde probleem (directX, NFSMW, vista, etc...) en nu kan ik het wel installeren. Wellicht werkt dit voor de TS ook.
