wat heb ik fout staan op mijn pc

ik krijg steeds het volgende bericht inplaats van mailtjes

heb mijn microsoft outlook al helemaal leeg gemaakt verzonden items bewaren prullebak enz. heb hem al een keer opnieuw op de pc gezet maar het probleem blijft zich oordoen
wie weet er raad

Log eens in op de webmail van chello en kijk of daar nog berichten staan

Die mailtjes krijg je neem ik aan van chello zelf.

heb je ook al gekeken bij verzonden item, verwijderde items?

en ik heb ook in die mappen gekeken alles is leeg

en hij heeft het altijd gedaan

Heb je wel in die mappen gekeken in webmail? Anders lijkt het mij handig contact op te nemen met de helpdesk.

Kijk eens je spambox na op de webmail.
Die wordt niet automatisch geleegd.

En als die vol staat, dan staat je mailbox vol.

Deze legen, dan de prullenbak legen, en kijken of het dan wel weer wil.
