Hoi iedereen,
In MS Outlook97 wil ik een bericht naar contacten kunnen sturen.Maar gewoon om op de inbox staan en dan Contacts te kiezen.het lukt wel op de win2000 maar in win98 kan ik het vinkje niet inschakkelen. Help!!!

Symptoms
When you use your address book to select recipients for an e-mail message or a fax message, information from your Contacts folder does not appear in the list.



Cause
This behavior occurs because Outlook requires that you complete the following three steps before your contact information is available for you to address messages by using your address book:

Install the Outlook Address Book service.


Mark your Contact Folder for use with your address book.


Specify either an e-mail address or fax number for each item that you want to appear when you address messages.





Resolution
Use the following steps in this section to resolve this behavior.

How to Install the Outlook Address Book Service
On the Tools menu, click Services.


Confirm that the Outlook Address Book service is in the list of available information services.


If the Outlook Address Book service is not available, click Add.


In the Add Service to Profile dialog box, click to select the Outlook Address Book from the list of available services.


Click OK.
