Secure sites may need to be added to your Trusted Zone, in ZoneAlarm Pro, and also in your browser if it supports Trusted zones.
Many secure sites (including Outlook Web Access and other sites you must log into) also require cookies. If that is the case you must turn off Cookie Control for that site.
Do NOT run multiple software firewalls. If you use ZoneAlarm Pro then you should disable any other firewall software.
Notes:
In ZoneAlarm Pro, to edit settings for a specific site, be sure that the Privacy Advisor is enabled, and access the site. When you get the Privacy Advisor alert that Privacy settings have affected the site, it will appear in the Privacy -> Sites list, and can be edited there.
If you have problems accessing a site, turn off Privacy for that site.
In a few rare cases, you may need to turn the main Privacy settings OFF while accessing the site.
If you still have problem, be sure there is nothing else conflicting. If you have ever used any Anonymous surfing or Proxy surfing sites or software, there may be remnants even if it was removed.
Some software may use a HOSTS or LMHOSTS file for Proxying - be sure the sites you are trying to access are not listed in either of these files.
