DVD Brander reset onder het branden (NEC 3500AG)

hallo,

mijn branders hebben sinds enige tijd een probleem.
de dvd brander die voorheen altijd subliem zijn werk deed gaat zichzelf, terwijl ik een cd/dvd aan het branden ben, resetten. ik heb ook nog een cd brander in mijn pc zitten.

(deze 2 hebben nooit een conflict met elkaar gehad, ze werkten al ruim een jaar alle 2 perfect).

direct na het resetten staan de branders niet meer bij 'deze computer' ook bij apperaatbeheer kan ik ze niet terug vinden....

ik heb in mij log de 2 branders blauw gemaakt, hier staat de DMA op off, waar kan ik deze op on zetten?

als ik het systeem opnieuw opstart herkent de pc de cd brander wel weer, die ook gewoon werkt, de dvd brander herkent hij niet. als de computer een 'tijd' is uitgeweest herkent hij de dvd brander wel weer.

maar probeer ik dan weer te branden dan reset hij zichzelf weer en zijn ze bijde weer verdwenen.

ik sta dus voor een raadsel, hoe kan ik dit mankement verhelpen?

ik scan de computer bijna elke dag met ad-aware van Lavasoft, en laat de computer scannen op virussen ongeveer om de 2 weken, het is een vrij nieuwe computer(+/- 1 jr oud) weet niet of het daar aan ligt, maar waarschijnlijk kom ik er wel uit.
