Een foutmelding bij word

Een gebruiker in dit bedrijf krijg te volgende foutmelding bij word

winword.exe -Application error

click on cancel to debug the application

Welke versie van Word betreft het en welk besturingssysteem gebruik je?

Het is word 97 en hij werkt op een Windows NT

Normaal ging het goed sinds vandaag kreeg hij deze melding
