Dank voor het plaatsen van mijn bericht Sylvia,maar ik zal zelf even duidelijk proberen uit te leggen wat er gebeurt.
Mijn internet Explorer Browser start 2 keer op. Ik druk normaal op het icoontje onderaan mn balk.
Stel dat ik dus op een pagina wil komen ,dan zie ik onderaan mn balk dat hij de juiste pagina opent (ik krijg de pagina dan een fractie in beeld) om vervolgens te zien op de balk dat hij hem weer opent ,maar dan beland ik in een leeg scherm.

SYMPTOMS
When you double-click an icon on the Windows desktop, you may start two instances of the associated program.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you enable the ClickSaver feature of the Microsoft IntelliPoint software and turn on the "Single-click to open an item (point to select)" option of the Microsoft Internet Explorer Active Desktop.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, disable the ClickSaver Feature of the IntelliPoint software, or turn off the "Single-click to open an item (point to select)" option of the Internet Explorer Active Desktop.
To disable the ClickSaver feature of the IntelliPoint software, follow these steps:
Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
Double-click Mouse.
On the StepSavers tab, click the ClickSaver check box to clear it, and then click OK.
To turn off the "Single-click to open an item (point to select)" option of the Internet Explorer Active Desktop, follow these steps:
Click Start, point to Settings, point to Active Desktop, and then click Customize My Desktop.
Click Folder Options, and then click Yes.
On the General tab, click "Custom, based on settings you choose," and then click Settings.
Under Click Items As Follows, click the "Double-click to open an item (single-click to select)" option.
Click OK until you return to Windows.

Bedankt voor de uitleg,maar het probleem is gelukkig opgelost. Mijn Explorer browser startte ook in een andere pagina steeds op (24 web) en dat veroorzaakte het probleem. Ik had dus een homepage hijaker erop zitten.
