Fout bij configureren Windows Updates

Hallo,

Ik probeer een vriend te helpen met het opstarten van een Windows 7 laptop, maar krijg "Configuratie van Windows voorbereiden. Schakel de computer niet uit." te zien. Natuurlijk is de laptop al 4x opgestart in 2 uur want het duurde te lang.

Via Google kwam ik op dit bericht http://www.helpmij.nl/forum/showthread.php/816689-Fout-bij-configureren-Windows-Updates van 13 april jl.

Ik heb de computer nu ook opgestart in "Veilige modus met netwerkmogelijkheden" en de eerste 3 stappen uit het eerste bericht van "dorado" heb ik uitgevoerd.

Ik hoop dat iemand mij verder kan helpen.

b. Is die pc/laptop al eens eerder bijgewerkt? en hoe lang geleden dan wel? Er zijn wel degelijk updates die uren kunnen duren, afhankelijk van op welk niveau de pc al was.
c. Is er wel voldoende vrije ruimte op de C: schijf?

Beste Tijs,

Je hebt helemaal gelijk, ik was met meerdere dingen tegelijk bezig en daardoor niet goed nagedacht over welke informatie jullie nog nodig zouden kunnen hebben.
Mijn excuses dat ik niet eerder gereageerd heb, door de feestdagen en drukte met werk (zowel bij die vriend als bij mij), was ik er nog niet aan toe gekomen om hier te reageren.

De laptop werkt inmiddels weer, alleen de reden is nog onduidelijk. Nadat de batterij leeg was en aangesloten op het stroomnet, startte de laptop perfect op.
Ik zet de vraag op opgelost, en zal in het vervolg bedenken welke informatie jullie nog nodig kunnen hebben.
 
Was niet kwaad/vervelend bedoeld, want je gaf al meer informatie dan velen. :)

Even wat algemene tips m.b.t. Windows Update op Windows 7 computers:
a. link, in het geval van Windows 7 gaat het om het System Update Readiness (ook wel SURS of CheckSUR genoemd).
Zie overigens dat geen enkele foutmelding die je in genoemd heb in je startposting hebt genoemd ermee wordt opgelost vlgs. de bijbehorende Microsoft-informatie, maar het is altijd een goede check/fix om mee te beginnen.
b. deze Fix-it die doorgaans (als de problemen er niet mee opgelost worden) wel tips/informatie geeft wat er aan de hand is, zodat je andere oplossingen kunt zoeken/uitvoeren. In de begeleidende informatie van deze Fix-it staan trouwens ook wat tips.
c. Deze Fix-it, die overigens (naar mijn inschatting) dezelfde is / hetzelfde doet als de Fix-it van b.
