Foutmelding PCM editeur

Hallo mensen,

Ik heb een probleem met een update programmatje voor het spel procyclingmanager 2006. Dit programma heet PCM editeur en via dit programma kan je teams en namen etc aanpassen in pcm 2006.
Dit programma werkte altijd perfect, maar nadat ik het een tijdje niet meer gebruikt had en het weer wilde gebruiken werkte het niet meer ik kreeg dan steeds een foutmelding (zie bijlage)

Ik heb het programmatje al opnieuw proberen te installeren en microsoft.net framework opnieuw erop gezet maar niet helpt.

Kan iemand mij alsjeblieft helpen want ik weet het echt nie meer??
