Geen internet verbinding mogelijk.

hallo allemaal,

deze week heb ik uiteindelijk toch maar de update naar Windows 10 gedaan. alles goed en wel, na 5 minuten valt de internet verbinding weg. wel zijn de netwerken (en de kabel verbinding) nog gewoon zichtbaar in het scherm alleen krijg ik de melding "verbonden, geen internet". na wat research op Google heb ik denk ik zo'n beetje elke mogelijke oplossing die voorgesteld wordt geprobeerd en nog steeds geen internet.

onder andere:

• Antivierus software uitgeschakeld (ge-deinstallerd)
• Firewall ge-deinsalleerdBekijk bijlage MTB.txt
• Bonjour services uitgeschakeld

er vanuit gaande dat het probleem in Windows 10 zat heel de boel teruggezet naar Windows 7. helaas is hiermee het probleem niet opgelost.

Windows probleemoplosser zegt da er een probleem is met het stuurprogramma (ik heb de laatste versie via de website van HP gedownload). als ik in de getailleerde details kijk krijg ik de mededeling: "De IP-protocolstack kan niet automatisch worden gebonden aan de netwerkadapter"

nu heb ik wat tooltjes voor foutrapportage gedownload (op aanraden van andere fora waar ik naar antwoorden heb gezocht)

ik voeg een rapport toe in de bijlage. (Bekijk bijlage 273941)

iemand enig idee wat ik nog kan proberen? (behalve een nieuwe laptop aanschaffen)

Probeer het volgende:

Ga naar command prompt (start>alle programma's>bureau-accessoires>opdracht prompt) klik rechts op 't pictogram en kies
"Uitvoeren als administrator"
typ achter de prompt (knipperende cursor)

ipconfig /all (hier zie je alle verbindingsgegevens maak evt. 'n screenshot d.m.v. Alt + Prt Scr-toets)

ipconfig /flushdns (DNS-cache wordt vernieuwd)

ipconfig /renew (IP-adres wordt vernieuwd)

ipconfig /release (IP-adres wordt vrijgegeven)


achter elke opdracht Enter-toets!
Herstart de pc('s)

Reset ook je modem eens, desnoods een harde reset (meestal verzonken knopje +/- 30 sec indrukken met een paperclip, ballpoint o.i.d.).
Bijgevoegde bijlage is niet te openen.
Het probleem lijkt (na wat onderzoek) ook vaak gerelateerd met het soort antivirussoftware die je gebruikt, kijk daar ook eens na.
Ik neem aan dat je maar 1 product gebruikt, geef aan welke.

ik heb alle antivirus en firewall programma's verwijderd. (ik gebruikte AVG internet security). en de zaak al een keer gereset.

het biezare is dat ik op alle apparaten gewoon verbinding heb. heb net mijn laptop even getest door via het werk in te loggen, om uit te sluiten dat het aan de hardware ligt, (laptop start dan op naar lunux via USB) en dan kan ik gewoon verbinding maken met internet. via windows echter niet dus.
