Hallo, mijn computer is erg langzaam, en start telkens met het programma srv32.exe . Ik snap niet wat het is of wat het doet, maar het programma neemt alle snelheid weg. Daarnaast, heb ik Norton AV opnieuw geinstalleerd, maar ik kan geen verbinding maken om alles te updaten. Ik denk dat het allemaal met elkaar te maken heeft, en heb zojuist met ad-ware een groot aantal boosdoeners weggehaald. Maar nog steeds norton problemen. Dus...

2. Sluit alle andere vensters en browsers, en klik op de knop “Fix Checked”.

3. Start opnieuw op, maak een nieuw HijackThis logje, en post dat hier.
 
Het heeft even geduurd, maar hier is het nieuwe log.
Zorgt er 1 van deze virus/spyware programma´s voor dat ik mijn Norton niet kan updaten?

Het logje ziet er in ieder geval weer mooi uit. Aangezien ik geen fan ben van Norton, weet ik er verder niet heel veel vanaf, maar ik heb me laten vertellen dat het opnieuw installeren ervan de meeste problemen oplost. :)
