Vraag: Hotmail wachtwoord vergeten, hoe kan ik dit latenresetten?

En wat ik ook doe, ik krijg het niet voor elkaar.
Er wordt gevraagd om een nieuw (Outlook) Hotmail.account te maken, m aar het mail adres dat ik gebruik is zo ingeburgerd dat wij dat niet willen veranderen. Want de kan is groot dat we dan onbereikbaar worden.
Wat kan ik doen om dit op te lossen: Kunnen en willen jullie mij helpen?
