Hi, I’m having trouble with a customers draytek vigor2800 ADSL2/2+ Security Router. What seems to be the problem is I am unable to access the draytek router, unable to factory reset it and the ACT and QoS lights keep on flashing on and off. I have tried turning it on and off, holding the factory reset button different lengths of time and trying to connect to in wired but I still am unable to access the web base of the router. Is there any info that will lighten up my problem. We thought that it might be the firmware or something like that and that maybe a forced firmware update might solve this problem but I do not know how to do this. All help is much appreciated Thanks

It maybe sound a bit dull, but have you considered trying to power the Draytek off, and keep it for a while so the router will reset itself, perhaps it may work.

nope i have tried all things nothing works i am bizzy with my router 48 hours didnt found any solution how to solve the problem

probleem is opgelost lag aan de besturingssysteem die het firmware upgrade utility niet ondersteunde.
