laptop fout 'ntoskrnl.exe missing'

ik start mn laptop op en krijg de melding dat de een file mist of corrupt is:

ntoskrnl.exe

daarna gaat de laptop weer uit en start ie opnieuw op..

ik heb geprobeerd te booten vanaf een geripte versie van windows xp, maar ook daar krijg ik een foutmelding..

weet iemand hoe ik deze file weer op mn laptop krijg? ik heb zsm al mn afstudeerdocumenten nodig!

ja die heb ik allebei bekeken..

mrmusic, ik kan niet in msdos komen, dus kan die aanpassingen niet doen..

marcel, ik heb geen diskette statoin, dus kan niet herstellen met diskette..
als ik de winxp cdrom gebruik krijg ik ook een foutmelding dat er een bestand mist..

wat me wel opvalt is dat mn 'fan' lawaai blijft maken.. kan het daarmee te maken hebben?
 
Heb nog een andere oplossing gevonden, wel in het Engels:

You can use the Recovery Console on your Windows CD .

Once at the command prompt, type in the following commands:

Code:

cd c:\windows\system32

copy "..\driver cache\i386\ntoskrnl.exe"

If prompted to overwite the existing file, type y and enter.

If you receive a file not found error, make sure that the path in the copy command is correct. If it is correct and you still receive the error, then try the following commands:

cd "c:\windows\driver cache\i386"

expand sp1.cab -F:ntoskrnl.exe c:\windows\system32

Again, if you are prompted to overwrite the file, type y and then enter.

Also, if your OS is installed on a partition/drive other than C:, then replace any occurance of C: with the correct letter. (D: for example).

Replace any occurence of 'windows' with what is appropriate for your system. (winnt for example)

Reboot. Your system should start up normally.
 
ok, op zich een goeie, maar hij pakt mn windows cd dus niet..
 
Misschien een overbodige vraag, maar staat de bootvolgorde in de bios goed ingesteld, dus de cd als 1e boot-device??
