If you are using a webhost, when you upload the files on your ftp client there should be an
option on the menus making reference to permissions or CHMOD (change mode).
There are 3 kinds of permissions read (r), write (w) and execution (x). You must give
all of them. when you give all of them you have a 7 (that is the octal representation
of the binary 111 = r activated, w activated and x activated)
