.NET Framewoork 4.0 mislukt

Hallo,

Ik kan op mijn (nieuw geïnstalleerd sinds 2 dagen) Windows 7 x64 geen Microsoft .NET 4.0 installeren, 3.5 ook niet.

Visual Studio 2010 werkt hierdoor niet.
