net framework 3.0 inschakelen erroreda

Ik probeer net framework in te schakelen via cmd als admin, maar krijg telkens een error. ik heb w8 dvd in drive gedaan en de map sxs gekopieert en naar c: schijf gekopieeert. nu in cmd typ ik

wat doe ik verkeerd??

Framework 3.0 en 3.5 moet je anders inschakelen in windows 8.
configuratiescherm-->programmas en onderdelen-->windows onderdelen in of uitschakelen en daar de optie "net framework 3.5 inclusief net 2.0 en net 3.0" inschakelen.....

Als het niet automatisch wil dan zal je het handmatig moeten gaan doen
