Norton is verdwenen en msn explorer werkt niet!

Hallo!

Ik baal want ben bang dat ik een 'beestje' heb.
Toen ik vanmorgen de pc opstarte zag ik dat norton AV niet rechtsonderin de taakbalk stond. Ook doet mijn msn explorer het niet. Firefox wel en I.E ook --> alleen bij Internetexplorer kan ik niet naar hotmail, met firefox nog wel.

Verder als ik norton AV wil starten via programma's, geeft hij een foutmelding en zegt dat ik norton opnieuw moet installeren. (heb ik dus niet meer)

Ik heb de pc gescand met trendmicro en die geeft geen virus aan???

Wie herkent de symptomen? Help!!!

Als je XP hebt zou je met systeemherstel terug kunnen gaan naar gisteren of 1 dag daarvoor.

Heb ik net gedaan, maar toen hij opnieuw opstarte met een herstelpunt, kreeg ik een melding van symantic dat een ongeoorloofd programma dingen had gewijzigd waardoor norton niet werkt.

ik ben er met een trojan scanner al achter gekomen dat er sowieso een TrojanDownloader.Imload.100 op zit.

Wat moet ik daarmee doen?

Verwijderen
Scan het liefst nog eens in de veilige modus. Dan liggen veel processen still.
Ook raad ik je aan om Norton te uninstallen en AVG er op te zetten. Ik heb begrepen dat je Norton niet opnieuw kunt installeren.
Heb je wel een firewall?
Anders Zone Alarm downloaden.

Het is een zooitje. Heb verschillende virusscans gedaan en er blijken wat Trojans op te zitten. Geloof dat de meesten verwijdert zijn. Heb zelf ook nog in veilige modus wat verwijdert.
Msn doet het nu wel. En ik heb voorlopig even Avast AV erop staan. Er loopt ook een Trojanhunter.
En via een 'studentenshop' heb ik McAfee AV 2005 besteld. Voor mij ff geen Norton meer.

Wie weet of ik nog iets moet ondernemen, en wat?
Ik heb alleen die laatste nergens kunnen vinden!

Mijn hemel Wat spook jij allemaal met je pc uit?

Bij verschillende staat dat verwijdering gefaald heeft.
Herhaal je scans nog eens in de veilige modus.
Het moet helemaal schoon zijn.
Vervolgens moet je echt Zone Alarm er op zetten als firewall. Als je die had gehad hadden die trojans er niet in/uit kunnen gaan. Heel belangrijk dus.


Je pc zal wel een stuk beter werken zeg
