norton scan error

hallo
ik heb Norton antivirus Corporate Edition net geinstaleerd. maar hij geeft als ik wil scannen de volgende fout: scan engine returned error 0x20000058.

wie kan mij helpen?

Norton zelf geeft dit bericht over de fout:

"Could not start scan. Scan engine returned error 0x20000058.":

This error appears if you are using a NAV version prior to 7.6 and Windows XP or Windows 2000. If this is the case, click here for instructions on how to uninstall NAV and then proceed to install the newest version.

ja maar dan moet ik weer een andere instaleren. of niet?

ik heb het al gevonden. ik heb de compatibiliteit veranderd naar windows 2000. nu doet hij het wel.
