one-click voor afmelden gebruikers en slaapstand

Ik werk met Windows XP. Ik heb een snelkoppeling aangemaakt voor afmelden gebruikers en een aparte snelkoppeling om de PC in de slaapstand te zetten. Nu wil ik van die 2 koppelingen één snelkoppeling maken zodat dus met één muisklik eerst gebruikers worden afgemeld en daarna de PC in de slaapstand gaat. Kan dat? Zoja, hoe?
Als workaround lees ik in deze discussie: "My workaround method would be to run the hibernate command as a service (by converting a batchfile to an .exe) and switch this service on from a script that ends with the logoff command." Hoe doe ik dat?

Hoi,
volgens meerdere bronnen gaan deze 2 commands niet samen. Eens dat het log-off command wordt uitgevoerd wordt het 2e niet meer uitgevoerd.
Lees deze discussie maar eens even (Eng). Dat is trouwens niet de enigste.
Kortom bij mijn weten zal het in 1 muisklik niet gaan, althans niet in die variant.

Ik heb Win XP professional. In de workaround wordt een oplossing beschreven waarvan ik niet weet hoe die uit te voeren. Kunt/wilt u een nadere uitleg geven van hoe dat te doen? Zoniet, heeft u een andere variant? B.v.d.!
