Ongeldige installatiekopie

Hallo,

Ik heb sinds 2 weken constant een foutmelding als ik mijn pc opstart. Voor het inlogscherm verschijnt, krijg ik er een melding dat het bestand KBDne.dll (windows system32 map) ontbreekt. Bij controle klopt dit, het bestaat maar is 0b. Ik heb een nieuwe gedownd, en probeerde het te overschrijven, maar krijg een melding dat ik het niet mag doen (terwijl ik admin ben). Na inloggen krijg ik weer een vage foutmelding met de titel Ongeldige installatiekopie, qua inhoud veranderd het elke x. Het is elke keer zo'n 0xblablabla code (dat bij elk opstartbeurt verandert).

Hierdoor (denk ik) werkt mijn pas geïnstalleerde Norton 360 ook niet. Hier heb ik veelvuldig contact over gehad met Symantec (hotfix, nieuwste versie met ingebouwde hotfix), maar geen resultaat.

Ik heb HiJackThis eroverheen gegooid, met het volgende resultaat;

Ik heb beide programma's gedownload, eerst Malwarebytes' Anti Malware. Resultaten hieronder. Nadat ik de geinfecteerde bestanden had verwijderd, heb ik mijn pc opnieuw opgestart. Toen verscheen (na het opstarten) opeens een mededeling van Windows Defend dat het programma geblokkeerd was (door wie/wat; is mij onduidelijk...).

De betreffende DLL heeft te maken met je Nederlandse Toetsenbord Layout klik je zou 't file kunnen downloaden via een link maar als je dat niet wilt zou ik de opdrachtregel
sfc /scannow
gebruiken, (WinCD) nodig,grote kans dat die actie je file terugzet.

Eers deed de opdracht het niet. Vervolgens heb ik het als administrator uitgevoerd via cmd zelf. Nou zegt ie dat er beschadigde bestanden zijn. Ik heb een manier gevonden om het logbestand toch te kunnen openen ondanks me de toegang geweigerd werd. Hieronder de laatste 2 stukken;

Wat is het resultaat van je actie? Volgens het logfile is het bronbestand ook corrupt.

Ik ging toen dus kijken bij systeemherstel, het schijnt dat het laatste punt NAdat het probleem lag... Dus daar had ik niks aan... En vroeger had ik norton GoBack, maar dit product (360) heeft dat volgens mij niet...
Ook heb ik een ingebouwde D: schijf (Recovery), maar ik heb geen toegang tot de bestanden erop, geen idee hoe het werkt ook...

Heb wel een handleiding gevonden maar daar staat niets in over recovery maar als het goed is zie je onder "alle programma's" verschillende HP-opties staan daar zou een handleiding bij moeten staan en ook een optie om de recovery te starten.Hoe 't er precies staat weet ik ook ff niet meer maar daar moet je gaan zoeken,

Nouja de Recovery Manager vraagt in deze volgorde of ik iets wil herstellen
- software
- hardware
- systeemherstel
- fabriekinstellingen zoals het geleverd was.

Systeemherstel heeft dus niet voldoende punten beschikbaar, en om de fabriekinstellingen (dus soort van reset van heel me computer) vind ik ook beetje dramatisch... Volgens mij is er nl. meer aan de hand dan alleen die KBDne.dll file... Programma's worden gewoonweg geblokkeerd tot uitvoering..

Ik heb toch de fabrieksinstellingen hersteld, en het probleem is opgelost.
