Outlook 2003, automatisch handtekening mailen (via bijlage verzenden)

Als ik een nieuw bericht maak of er een beantwoord dan komt mijn handtekening in de mail. Dit heb ik ook zo ingesteld.
Maar... als ik een bestand (bijlage) wil verzenden dan komt mijn handtekening er niet bij.

Ik kies op het bestandje:
rechtermuisknop, kopiëren, naar emailontvanger.... dan komt de handtekening er niet bij.

Hoe komt dat? Kan ik dat ook ergens instellen?

The reason it does not work when you right click on a file and use the send to mail option is in essence you are inserting the document into an email and not attaching attaching it to the email when doing it the other way.

The signiture file is inserted into the email in the same manner the document is inserted into the email when you right click and use the send to mail option and outlook will not insert two items simotaniously, hence you do not get the signature file added to the email when you use the "send to mail" command.

So the signature will never be auto inserted when using the "send to email" command. But once the document is added that way you can add the signature manually by going to tools and adding your signature.
