PAV3FC.tmp ??

Mijn pandavirusscan signaleerde onderstaand virus. Ik heb het opgestuurd en kreeg dit terug.
Wat kan ik het beste doen, want ik begrijp het niet helemaal......

Once the virus signature file is downloaded, please follow the procedure below:
1.- Decompress the PAV.ZIP file in the directory in which your antivirus is installed. If the signature file cannot be replaced, use the tool with such object, that can be downloaded from the following URL: http://www.pandasoftware.com/virus_info/disclaimer_update.htm
2.- Restart your computer and use your antivirus normally.

Should you have any question about this process, you may contact our technical support department (techsupport@pandasoftware.com), where you will be given the appropriate indications.
The file C:\DOCUME~1\BERNAD~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\PAV3FC.tmp belongs to the trojan Trj/SpamtaLoad.BP, due to the nature of the file, it can only be deleted.

Je moet dat bestand PAV.ZIP downloaden en na het downloaden uitpakken met WinZip, 7-Zip ( gratis ) of standaard met Windows.
Rechtsklik op het bestand PAV.ZIP en kies voor Alles uitpakken.
Dan pak je het bestand uit, volg de Wizard Bestanden uitpakken.
Dan open je de map PAV en dan kopier je het naar de map waar je anti-virusprogramma is geinstalleerd. Dat is bijv. C:\Program Files\Panda\Antivirus ( weet ik niet zeker maar is een voorbeeld ).

Lukt het niet met het '' overschrijven '' dan kan je deze tool gebruiken. Dan moet je klikken op I accept onderaan, dan moet je je Panda-gegevens invoeren en dan kan je het bestand downloaden.
Volg voor de tool verder de instructies op de site.

En als het .TMP bestand verwijderd moet worden, kan je dat doen met het programma CCleaner.
Gebruik dan het 1e onderdeel, dat is Cleaner.
