Problemen met verhuis van domein

Beste HelpMij'ers,

Ik heb een probleem. Ik ben dik bedrogen bij mijn huidige host ( ServerFFS ) en ik wil mijn webserver en domeinen veranderen naar Antagonist.

Maar ServerFFS wil mijn TransferCodes niet geven :/
Volgens mij heb ik het volle recht om die Code's te weten!

Als ik vraag naar code krijg ik dit te horen:

Operator: We can't give a transfer ID if you don't initiate the transfer.
Operator: We can only get it once a transfer is requested, that's how it works

Het probleem is dat ik bij het bestellen en verhuizen van mijn domeinen naar Antagonist, de code moet ingeven. Dit lukt dus niet.

Wat moet ik doen om deze code te bemachtigen?
Moet ik eventueel klacht indienen?

Voor het verhuizen van dit domein is een verhuiscode nodig. Deze kun je opvragen bij de huidige provider.

Je kunt de verhuizing aanvragen met de EPP-code 'request', dan kun je waarschijnlijk wel een EPP-code ontvangen en dan voeren wij deze in om de verhuizing nogmaals te starten met de nieuwe code.

Translation:
You can request the move with the EPP-Code Request, than you can recieve the EPP-Code so we can initiate the move.

So, I would like to have the EPP-Code.

It works just like any other domain provider, there are no exceptions possible.
