Proces cisvc.exe -> 100% processor belasting

Hallo

Mijn computer wordt steeds trager en trager na verloop van tijd. Dus ben ik op onderzoek uitgegaan. Nu blijkt het proces cisvc.exe te zorgen voor een 100% processor belasting. Dit terwijl er geen applicaties draaien.

Nu heb ik de volgende vragen:
1. Wat doet dit proces?
2. Hoe kan ik het proces in te toom houden of zelfs verwijderen?

Hoe weet ik nu het verschil tussen de Microsoft Index Service Helper en de "FamilyKeyLogger U cisvc.exe "Family Keylogger" zoals M@rio aangeeft???
