hallo, sinds ik Windows 8.1 heb geïnstalleerd werkt mijn simcity 4 met rush hour expansion pack niet meer zo goed. (zie afbeelding) soms zie ik ook heel de straten niet terwijl er dan wel auto's rijden. heb alle drivers geupdatet maar schiet niet op. heb ook al de nieuwste patch geprobeerd zonder resultaat.
