Stop-foutbericht wanneer de computer uit de slaapstand in Windows Vista terugkeert

Hallo allen,

Wij hebben al maanden een vervelend probleem en we dachten bij MS de oplossing te hebben gevonden (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941492/nl) want onze pc loopt bij terugkeer uit slaapstand altijd vast en geeft dan een blauw scherm.
Het probleem wat bij MS is beschreven klopt precies maar de uitgebrachte hotfix kunnen wij niet gebruiken omdat we SP 2 al op onze pc hebben staan.
Na uren te hebben gegoogeld en heel veel tips te hebben gelezen(bios updaten/mem64 test) komen we er gewoon niet uit en via de MS support kunnen we geen vraag stellen omdat we een OEM versie van Vista hebben dus voor support zouden moeten betalen.
Dit blijf ik vreemd vinden want ik heb gewoon voor de software betaald en ook een originele doos bezit.
Maar goed het is niet anders en gelukkig zijn er nog forums die uitkomst kunnen bieden.
Onze vraag is dan ook of er iemand een idee heeft wat er aan de hand kan zijn en wat de oplossing zou kunnen zijn.

:evil: Ineens een blauw scherm. Lees hier eens. Dit is hoop ik de adder die je er uit kunt halen.

Ineens een blauw scherm.

De oorzaak van een opstartprobleem of een blauw scherm (Blue Screen of Death; BSOD) is soms eenvoudig met MSCONFIG te achterhalen. Let op: noteer eerst de huidige instellingen van de tabbladen Opstarten en Services voordat je wijzigingen aanbrengt. enz enz lees verder alles op (zie link) succes.

Instellingen wijzigen dat zou nog kunnen, maar daarmee is het probleem niet opgelost zo denk ik.

De instellingen voor de slaapstand kunnen via het configuratiescherm, onderdeel Energiebeheer worden aangepast. Via de taak Wijzigen wanneer de computer in slaapstand gaat kan worden vastgelegd na welke periode van inactiviteit het beeldscherm moet worden uitgeschakeld en de computer in de slaapstand moet worden gezet. Dus zet hem op NOOIT>

Wellicht ben je er dan vanaf.

Dank je wel voor de tip Manamana en natuurlijk hebben we dit meteen geprobeerd en alles wat niet van MS was hadden we uitgeschakeld in het opstartmenu.
De pc hebben we toen in slaapstand gezet en even later weer tot leven laten komen en we kregen GEEN blauwscherm met de meldingen 0X0000000X & IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL dus we waren super blij.
Na enkele minuten was de pret weer over want tja, meneer blauwscherm kwam weer even langs en de pc begon zichzelf te booten en vista start dan tergend traag op.....

Meer tips zijn dus welkom en om even op het energieverhaal te komen hebben we dit bij alle opties op nooit (op standby) staan.

Het probleem ligt waarschijnlijk bij een slechte driver(s). Zorg ervoor dat je laatste drivers hebt voor je moederbord, videokaart, etc. en het recentste BIOS.
Anders zie ik het somber in.
Jammer dat het niet lukte.:evil:

Ik vrees dat ik er niet uit ga komen en heb van het weekend een memtest gedaan en deze geeft ook geen problemen en ook heb ik alle drivers up to date dus ik snap het gewoon niet.
Wat ik trouwens nog was vergeten te melden is dat de schermresolutie nooit wordt onthouden en ik moet na elke start de resolutie weer goed zetten en dit is ook knap lastig.
Ik ga straks een mail naar Azerty sturen want zij hebben mij dit systeem een jaar geleden geleverd en misschien hebben zij een idee hoe/ wat.

In ieder geval nogmaals dan voor je reactie & meedenken Mamamana.
