Think point, explorer.exe werkt niet

Hallo,

Vandaag heb ik het virus Think Point op mijn computer gekregen.
Op verschillende sites staat uitgelegd hoe ik deze zou moeten verwijderen.
Wanneer ik in task managers zit en het proces hotfix.exe heb verwijderd zou ik bij run task explorer.exe of iexplorer.exe moeten openen. Dit lukt bij mij echter niet.
Kan iemand mij vertellen hoe ik dit zou kunnen oplossen?

'lukt niet' is een beetje vaag...

Als je in taskmanager (taakbeheer) bovenin in het tabblad Applications (toepassingen) klikt en daarna met de ctrl-toets ingedrukt op new task (nieuwe taak) klikt. Dan explorer.exe intypen en als het goed is moet explorer dan opstarten.
Als dat niet lukt, moet je maar eens ff dit proberen.

1. Download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (mbam-setup.exe) and save it on your Desktop.
2. After downloading, double-click on the file to install the application.
3. Follow the prompts and install as “default” only
4. Before the installation completes, check on the following prompts:
- Update Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware
- Launch Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware
5. Click “Finish.” Program will run automatically and you will be prompt to update the program before doing a scan. Please update.
6. Scan your computer thoroughly.
7. When scanning is finished click on the “Show Results”
8. Make sure that all detected threats are marked, click on Remove Selected.
9. Restart your computer.

Als het hier ergens mis gaat, vertel dan ff bij welke stap de problemen ontstaan.

Think Point

Tijden opstarten F8 of F9 daarna via keuzemenu systeemherstel naar datum dat alles normaal werkte. Werkte bij mij prima geen problemen meer.
