Wat is het beste soft om alle mail adressen uit outlook te verzamelen

Hallo,
Ik zoek een goeie manier om alle verzonden en ontangen email adressen te rangshikken in vershillende contacts of DL's mappen, kan dat met outlook zelf of moet ik een soft kopen zoals BV advanced email extractor of zo, wat is in uw opinie de beste keuze van software daarvoor?

Hoe luidt jouw vraag in gewoon Nederlands?

Het kan ook aan mij liggen hoor, dat mijn Nederlandse niet toereikend is en dat jouw vraag reeds in normaal Nederlands is gesteld. In dat geval heb ik dit bericht nooit getypt.

Yeah, but WHAT do u want with the data :
do u wanna make a backup, or do u wanna to
select it, to export it, or ........... something else,

so again, WHAT exactly do u want to do with it / what does the software have to do for u?

Build up contacts groups

I would like to build up contatcs groups from email addresses found in sent items and inbox so as to organize my contacts better , but was not able to do this in outlook, unless I do it 1 by 1 but that would take too long

Now I really do understand your question.
I don't know an "elegant" / automatic / fast way to do this in Outlook.
As far as I know, such a tool doesn't excist (in Outlook) but, I'm not for sure, so mabye another reader can help you with it.
