windows 7 gpt partistiestijl

hallo,

ik heb een nieuwe harde schijf gekocht.
ik probeerde van een cd windows 7 te installeren, maar toen stond er zoiets als 'kan windows niet installeren, deze schijf bevat gpt partistiestijl'.
weet iemand hoe ik dit op kan lossen?

Use Gnome Partition Editor

The infamous Gnome Partition Editor (gparted) is a free LiveCD partition manager that enables you to resize, copy, and move partitions without data loss.

Download the ISO images and burn it to either CD or USB (the tool mentioned here could help with writing image to USB), and boot it to clean up the disk.

Once it’s done, you can restart the installation process and will not have problems installing the Windows 8 to the selected disk that previously prevented you from installing to.

De harde schijf is blijkbaar ingesteld om te worden gebruikt op een systeem met UEFI-ondersteuning.

Je kunt proberen ofwel UEFI-ondersteuning in te schakelen op de computer of op een andere computer met UEFI-ondersteuning de schijf te wissen, om te zetten naar MBR-indeling en nieuwe partities aan te maken.

Hoe groot is deze HDD? Als deze >2TB is moet ie sowieso GPT zijn (MBR kan maar tot 2TB)
Dan moet je in je UEFI BIOS een boot-loader maken die deze GPT laadt.. dat zou Windows automatisch moeten doen, mits je een UEFI BIOS hebt, anders, pech gehad
