Goedeavond!

Ik ben mijn buren aan het helpen met de computer.
Opnieuw geïnstalleerd en geconfigureerd.

Nu heb ik alleen en probleem.
Ik heb alle mail ingesteld in Windows Live Mail.
Ze hebben UPC Mail.
De fout die ik krijg:

A message was sent to you that was returned to the sender(bounced)
because it would have caused your mailbox quota to be exceeded.

Quota Type: total bytes stored
Quota Available: 6603
Total Quota: 52428800

The following is the information on the message that was bounced:

To fix this problem, delete some messages from your mailbox, and contact
the sender to resend the message.

If the size of the message is too big, contact the sender to reduce the
size of the message and resend the message.


Wie weet wat ik hier aan kan doen? Ik heb al verder gegoogled. En oplossingen zoals webmail spambox verwijderen enzo. Geen effect.

Ze moeten gewoon even naar hun webmail van de UPC gaan, & daar hun Postvak in controleren. Daar staat dan ook meteen hoeveel ze van hun quota gebruiken.

Afhankelijk van de inhoud & instelling, gewoon even al het overbodige/onnodige (Spam) weggooien, & daarna niet vergeten de Prullenbak te legen, anders heeft het nog geen zin.

Er worden wel vaker nepmailtjes over diskquota verstuurd.
