windows updaten

het lukt mij niet om windows te updaten.
ik heb norton internet explorer 2009 aangeschaft en sindsdien geeft hij een melding dat windows niet meer veilig is.
de manne van Norton hebben mij gezegd dat dat komt omdat windows out of date is en dat hij de nieuwe norton nog niet herkent.
nu als ik zo wat zoek naar updates, kom ik heel vaak bij de site van msn uit :www.msn.com

kan iemand mij een site geven waar ik windows kan updaten ?

Start, Programma's en dan voor Windows Update kiezen.

Lijkt me sterk dat het daar aan ligt hoor.

Ik kom dan gewoon bij de windows update uit, maar omdat ik Vista heb, moet ik het vanuit Windows zelf laten updaten.

Firefox kan het bestand op http://www.update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/ niet vinden.



* Kan het item zijn hernoemd, verwijderd of verplaatst?
* Staat er een spel-, hoofdletter- of andere typografische fout in het adres?
* Hebt u voldoende toegangsrechten voor het opgevraagde item?




ik weet ook niet hoe het komt :s
