Deze logs lijken niet heel erg van belang, alleen wat opmerkingen.

Op welk besturingssysteem probeer je dit?

Draait er toevallig een ander programma welke ook poort 80 gebruikt?
Skype schijnt soms wat issues te geven als die geopend is.

Win 7

Van skype wist ik dat maar dan geeft hij wel de error: port 80 already in use o.i.d. dus skype heb ik al hemaal afgesloten

Via Uitvoeren > cmd.exe > netstat -ano kun je achterhalen welk proces naar poort 80 luistert: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/281336
