call of juarez - crashexit

beste helpforum,

ik heb het spel call of juarez geinstaleerd, maar als ik nu op de snelkoppeling klik wil het spel niet opstarten. Ik krijg de volgende boodschap: Crashexit - the thread attempted to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access. ik heb windows vista 32 bit en mijn pc voldoet aan alle systeem eisen van het spel.Weet iemand wat ik kan doen om dit te verhelpen?
