Geen updates na Vista Upgrade naar Windows 7

Hallo,

Er staan al wat andere onderwerpen over dit probleem, maar die sluiten niet helemaal aan bij mijn probleem merk ik (andere foutcodes)

Vorige week heb ik mijn desktop een upgrade van Vista naar Windows 7 (Home Premium SP1 64Bit) gegeven, de clean install vanaf DVD en via Boot menu gingen prima, licentie ook geen punt.
De computer werkt prima, internet, programma's, antivirus, alles is OK.
De Windows updates komen echter niet binnen, ben hier al een week mee bezig :(
Heb wat dingen via Google opgezocht, wat drivers handmatig geïnstalleerd, maar dit mocht niet baten.

Door het zoeken op Google begreep ik dat ik de voortgang van de updates kon volgen via C:\Windows en dan het bestand "WindowsUpdate"
De uitkomst hiervan was steeds anders, na hele werkdagen en nachten zoeken naar updates, kwam er nog niets binnen...
Heb nu een verse nieuwe log van het WindowsUpdate bestand gemaakt, die post ik mee.Ik zie Warnings aan het einde, maar heb geen idee wat ik ermee aan moet...

Heeft iemand enig idee wat ik moet doen zodat ik de updates eindelijk binnen krijg?


Tot zover maakt het updaten van Windows 7 me gek, wie kan mij helpen?

Update:
Ik loop vast op stap 2 t/m 4 op die pagina.....
Er staat "download and run" maar er is alleen informatie, geen downloads....

Stap 2: How do I reset Windows Update components? Ik weet niet of het handig is dat ik dit doe, lijkt nogal serieus :shocked:
Stap 3: Windows 7 help ??? daar word ik helaas niet wijzer van...

"Gewoon"die bestanden van die punten een voor een downloaden van de Microsoft site en een voor een gebruiken.
Pas met de volgende verder gaan als de ander klaar is.
Als je klaar daarmee bent ga je naar punt 5... pc herstarten
Dan is het de bedoeling dat je dan Windows Update weer gaat gebruiken.
Als ie dan werkt... mooi....
NOK dan ga je verder met dat verhaal.

Snap je er helemaal niks van, wat op zich kan en niet erg is, dan is het handiger om er ter plekke iemand bij te hebben die jou kan helpen, anders wordt het hier wel errug veel tekst of iemand meldt zich vrijwillig om alles volledig foolproof uit te schrijven.

Volgens TS gaat het over Windows 7 Home Premium, er werd nergens over Ultimate gesproken.

a. Er staat geen foutcode in. Dat is de foutcode zodra je geklikt hebt op Updates installeren en die verschijnt zodra het installeren gefaald is.
b. Er staan genoeg niet-doorgestreepte links in die posting, onder "Even bij elkaar gezet, hulpprogramma's etc. m.b.t. W7 Windows Update problemen:".

Alvast: Er is een mooie optie die je kunt proberen om (snel) op het updateniveau te komen van april 2016:
Eerst downloaden installeren:
[Windows-toets]+R toetscombinatie -> iexplore.exe https://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Search.aspx?q=kb3020369
daarna downloaden en installeren:
[Windows-toets]+R toetscombinatie -> iexplore.exe https://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Search.aspx?q=KB3125574

NB: Je zult bij de eerste link de vraag krijgen een ActiveX component te installeren. Doe dat.
NB2: Je klikt op Toevoegen rechts van de versie van die voor jou van relevant is, dus de variant KBxxxxx Update voor Windows 7 voor x64-systemen
Daarna op Mandje weergeven klikken en klikken op Downloaden (of wat er maar staat). Klik op Bladeren knopje en bladeren naar een map (bijv. je Downloads map) en de update wordt daar in een eigen individuele submap geplaatst.
Die update kun je dan gaan uitvoeren door erop te dubbelklikken in de submap waar het is neergezet.

Staat ook hier weergegeven, met plaatjes etc., maar wel in het ENG. Alternatief (ook weer in het ENG): hier

@gast0205: In de posting staat dat er fouten optreden. Dat zou toch het idee geven dat er braaf gewacht is...
Want inderdaad kan het (heel) lang duren, want er zijn ong. 200 updates uitgekomen voor Windows 7 na SP1...

Laten we even wachten waar de vragensteller mee terugkomt m.b.t. de gegeven (nieuwe) tips, incl. het antwoord op jouw vraag in posting #9.

Zo'n fix heeft bij mij er wel idd eens een nacht over gedaan bij de laptop van mijn zwager....
De volgende dag stond alles mooi klaar om t installeren...
Dus als TopStarters na een half uur al weer klagen dat het niet lukt... zonder een goed verhaal.... ;) dan kunnen ze nooit die 4 opties getest hebben imho...

Maar das het gebrek (helaas..) bij redelijk wat pc-/laptop-gebruikers... ze hebben geen duld met dit soort zaken... "hij moet het toch doen"...
Breng hem dan naar de winkel zou je dan moeten zeggen ipv hier te komen???????????????????? Ik weet het niet...

Ik kom nog even terug op de onbeantwoorde vraag uit bericht #9:

Bij de meeste krijg ik in dat CMD scherm bewerking niet mogelijk
Surs voor W7 64-bit heb ik (nogmaals) geprobeerd, restart pc, geen resultaat
Patch Registration Cleanup Tool geeft zwart schermpje met tekst: A productcode must be specified, press any key to exit
WinUpdateFix is in frans....geen idee waar ik op moet klikken..
deze link (gegidste troubleshoot stappen + Fix-It) kom ik uit op help, deze pagina kan ik wel dromen, heeft nog geen uitkomst geboden :(

eerste optie geeft in CMD melding: iexplore.exe wordt niet herkend als een interne of externe opdracht, programma of batchbestand.
tweede optie: zelfde melding als optie 1.

dus ook genoemde NB's zijn niet van toepassing, ik kom daar helaas niet...

als ik die url's in internet explorer browser open (bedoelde je dat soms?) vragen ze beide om te installeren, ik klik ja, vragen of het ok is dat dit programma veranderingen aanbrengt, ik klik OK maar er gebeurd verder nog niets, of is dat iets op de achtergrond, wat je niet ziet?

start ik pc opnieuw op? zoek ik opnieuw naar updates?

hier (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=5842) staat een service pack 1 om te installeren, dat ben ik nu aan het doen.
==> geeft nu aan: windows 7 servicepack 1 is al geinstalleerd

Loop ik vast op stap 3. hij zoekt en zoekt....in beschrijving staat dat volgende scherm laat zien dat er updates zijn, dit krijg ik niet, hij zoekt zich gek maar er komt gewoon niets...

elk zoekscherm van de zelfstandige installatieprogrammas voor windows update geeft alleen oneindig aan dat hij zoekt, ook al laat ik ze hele nachten zoeken, er zit gewoon geen beweging in :S

Ik zal deze zelfst install progr voor Windows Update (kb3125574) ook weer aan laten staan vannacht, maar welke kb ik ook probeer, tot zover werkt niets, is niet voor niets dat ik nu pas hier kom vragen naar oplossing, heb al zoveel kb dingen geprobeerd :(

Inderdaad is de bedoeling dat de URL's verplicht in Internet Explorer geopend moeten worden, wanwege de ActiveX component.
Dus (in Internet Explorer):

Ik schreef dat er een ActiveX component moet worden geïnstalleerd, nodig om (na het klikken op Download bij de inhoud van het mandje) te kunnen bladeren op je pc voor waar de te downloaden bestanden opgeslagen moeten worden.
De gelinkte "handleidingen" met plaatjes daaromtrent leken me (samen met mijn eigen verhaal erbij) helder genoeg...

Dat je SP1 al had wisten we al, dus geen idee waarom je die opnieuw bent gaan downloaden. De 2 handleidingen met plaatjes zullen ook de situaties willen tackelen wanneer er nog geen SP1 op de lezers' computers staat.
Bedenk dat de rollup alleen werkt als SP1 al geïnstalleerd is/was.

Update:
Ok, ik heb de beide updates in een .zip bestand gezet ("Dnties_Win7_KBs.zip") en geüpload naar WeTransfer: link
Je hebt 7 dagen om 'm te downloaden.
Na downloaden uitpakken en eerst de update draaien in de map "KB3020369 Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems" en daarna die in de map "KB3125574 Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems"
Zijn taal-onafhankelijk, dus werken op alle talen Windows 7.
