logitech Ex100 probleem

hoi,

ik heb een logitech ex100 muis plus toetsenbord.
Alles werkte goed, tot sinds gisteren opeens mijn hotkeys gek begonnen doen. Tzit namelijk zo ze werken nog wel maar ze zijn verschoven... wat normaal volume up is, is nu email, wat email is , is next track, enz...

iemand enig idee wat er aan de hand is?:8-0: :8-0: :8-0:

Even de drivers van je toetsenbord / muis opnieuw installeren.

ok, heb alles uninstalled en daarna de laatste software vanop hun site geinstalleerd. Dit noemt nu "setpoint".
Maar nu zie k enkel settings voor mijn muis, mijn keyboard zie k nergens terug, ook al zou dit volgens "help" wel zo moeten zijn.

??!

Tijdens de setup wordt als het goed is gevraagd wat je wilt installeren. Muis / Keyboard of Muis en keyboard.

Ok, en als je in apparatenbeheer eerst muis en keyboard de-installeerd, en dan pc herstarten, en vervolgens de setup draait?

ok, maar na de uninstall, als ie nieuwe hardware ontdekt heeft en op zoek gaat nr nieuwe stuurprogramma's, dan vraagt ie achter het bestand itchfltr.sys

... dat er dus ni meer is want daarvoor heb ik de oude drivers nodig en die heb ik niet meer
en kan ze ook nergens vinden

hey merci!

maar ksnap er nu toch echt wel niets meer van...
heb alles alles al gede-installeerd, alle drivers weg,... dan met dat bestand je er terug op, opnieuw Setpoint geinstalleerd, zelfs "keyboard only" al eens gekozen, maar nee, niks. Hij wil gewoon da niet herkennen, en ondertussen hebben mijn 'hotkeys' nog altijd de verkeerde functies en kan ik ze nergens veranderen...

denk da k het zo stilaan ga opgeven...

Ik heb bijna hetzelfde probleem. Bij SetPoint zie ik ook geen toetsenbord en de missing file is PS2.bat. Die staat nergens op mijn PC of aangeleverde CD's (van logitech en van mijn pc).

Dear Dieter,

Thank you for your recent inquiry about your Keyboards.

I understand that the hot keys of your Logitech EX100 Cordless keyboard are not doing the assigned task.

You may be able to reset the keyboard and resolve the problem by clearing the keyboard capacitors. To do this, remove the batteries from the keyboard and type continuously on as many keys as possible for one to two minutes. This action should simulate touch-typing; you should not press and hold only some keys down.

After you clear the capacitors replace the batteries and synchronize the keyboard using the following procedure:

1: Make sure the batteries are in correctly. A diagram on the device itself or in the Getting Started Guide should tell you the correct polarity for the batteries.
2: Press the connect button on the receiver.
3: Press the connect button on the bottom or right hand edge of the keyboard.
If you are using a Cordless Desktop System, you must do this procedure for both the mouse and the keyboard.
