wie kan mij helpen volgend probleem op te lossen?
ik heb windows xp geformatteerd en nu bij een nieuwe installatie krijg ik bij overige apparaten het gele vraagteken met de melding:
multimediacontroller en
multimedia videocontroller zijn de stuurprogramma's niet geiinstalleerd.
Hoe kan ik dit oplossen en zou dat misschien de reden zijn waarom de pc steeds vastliep?
Ik wacht met spanning op een antwoord.....

ps...Ik lees met regelmaat dat je de drivers van je hardware moet updaten....Wie is zo lief en legt mij stap voor stap uit hoe dat moet?
 
Dit zijn 2 apparaten die niet door Windows XP worden herkend en waar je dus zelf voor drivers moet zorgen. Je kan aan hun namen een beetje de categorie zien, maar welk apparaat het precies is kan je alleen zelf vinden, door te kijken welke onderdelen in je pc nog niet zijn geïnstalleerd (en dus niet te gebruiken zijn).

Je vertelt echter niet wat er allemaal in je pc zit dus kan ik niet direct aanwijzen welke 2 apparaten het zijn.
 
ik wil wel even doorgeven wat er allemaal in mijn pc zit maar hoe doe ik dat? bij die gele vraagtekens staat onbekende leverancier.....??
 
Gebruik het programma SiSoftware Sandra 2003. Hier kan je een heel rapport maken, als je dat dan hier post (of naar mij mailt) dan weten we precies wat erin zit.

Zat er geen cd-rom bij van je videokaart ! deze ff
installeren, moet het probleem ook oplossen.

ik hoop dat ik het goed gedaan heb.....zijn dit de gegevens die je nodig hebt? Overigens heb ik de videodrivers van de cdrom geprobeerd te installeren maar krijg de melding niet compatible met xp?? terwijl ik de pc gekocht heb met xp erop....

Hm... probeer eens op deze manier een rapport te maken:

1. Gebruik de Create A Report Wizard.
2. Bij stap 1 geef als Type: Use the settings from a built-in profile.
3. Bij Profile: SiSoftware Tech Report Submit
4. Bij Comments hoef je niets te veranderen.
5. Dan is hij even bezig, en dan heb je je rapportje!

ik heb hem weer opnieuw laten scannen maar krijg exact hetzelfde te zien.....als ik C:\DOCUME~1\babette\LOCALS~1\Temp\san4.tmp.txt.ca dubbelklik gebeurt er niets.....er opent zich niets.....
binnen xp weet ik ook niet hoe ik dan moet doen....sorry...heb je hulp erbij nodig......
 
Kan je bij Sandra zien wat voor moederbord je hebt? Heb je een A-merk PC?

Heb je driver(floppies) bij aanschaf van mobo erbij gekregen? Doe dan'ns stuurbetsanden bijwerken vanaf die locatie (a: ). Het gaat hier toch om firewire drivers, voor de mobo met onboard firewire?
 
nee, er staat geen Firewire aansluiting bij......

en nee, ik heb geen floppy's erbij gekregen.......
 
Ok, download dit bestand, pak het uit naar een mapje, ga naar de eigenschappen van 1 van de 2 onbekende apparaten, klik op Stuurprogramma, en dan op Stuurprogramma bijwerken. Laat hem dan in dat mapje kijken.

Dit zijn de drivers voor de on-board geluidchip. Ik zie dat je wel al een soundblaster Live hebt, en die is blijkbaar wel door Windows herkend maar de on-board chip dus niet (gok ik).

Gigabyte (de fabrikant van het moederbord) biedt geen drivers voor de Firewire poorten aan, dus ik denk dat die op de een of andere manier toch geïnstalleerd zijn.
 
Ik heb het al door, je hebt een losse firewire kaart van Pinnacle erin zitten, weet je misschien welke? Want ik kan niet in het rapport van Sandra zien welk type.
 
Van Pinnacle heb ik de PCTV, Studio 8 en DV.

Ik heb alles naar C:Documents and settings enz. gecopieerd en van daaruit de stuurprogramma's laten dedecteren maar ik krijg de melding: de hardware in niet geinstalleerd omdat de benodigde softwaren niet is gevonden.......

Doe ik iets fout? Enne....bedankt voor je geduld!
