PWSteal.Trojan

Dit zit bij mij op de pc en er is geen kant en klare tool voor, alleen een manual. Ik moet verschillende dingen zoeken en die verwijderen, zoals msdos 98.exe, die kan ie niet vinden, uninstallms.exe, kan ie ook niet vinden, mine.exe vindt ie wel en dat zit in system32, ik ben bang dat straks mijn pc het niet meer doet.

Ook heb ik last van sobig enzovoort, krijg iedere keer melding van Norton dat ie op mn pc zit, haal ik de removel tool erover heen vindt ie helemaal niets. raar hoor.

Maar ik zou graag iets meer info willen over die trojan, het gaat aan de slag met passwords enzo en dat vind ik scary, wie o wie kan mij helpen.

Welk systeem heb je?
Maak eerst eens alles zichtbaar als je gaat zoeken d.m.v. verkenner/extra/mapopties/weergave.
Loopt dat scherm even door. Helemaal onderop zie je iets staan over zichtbaar maken.
Zoek nu nog een keer naar die files.

Het zou in je restore kunnen zitten als Norton steeds |Sobig vermeld. Daarvoor moet je (XP) herstelpunten weggooien. Het is dus zaak dat je eerst goed weet welke acties je moet ondernemen.

Geef eerst je systeem maar op.

Kijk eens hier en plaats aldaar en log.

Doe een scan met ad-aware. Probeer daarna sobig weg te halen.

Bij McAfee heb ik removal instructies gevonden.
Print deze uit, en volg ze op.
Zorg wel zelf voor een backup van je spullen.

Ik kom zelf nooit op die page. Vandaar dat mijn link oud is.

Ik heb XP.

Ik zal proberen om stap voor stap te doen wat Symantec beschrijft en dan maar zien of het werkt.
Als het opgelost is laat ik het direct weten.

Ik ben dus op zoek gegaan naar de bestanden die in het Symantec rapport staan beschreven.
Ik wilde dus laten zien wat ik kreeg als resultaat, maar weet dus niet hoe


Heel jammer, tips zijn welkom. Als ik het kan laten zien dan kan een van jullie misschien helpen.

Ik moest dus verschillende dingen zoeken en het enige wat ie vindt is winmine.exe met zo'n tekentje ervoor en heel veel readme.txt. Geen msdos 98.exe, geen uninstall.exe en ook geen mi*.zip.exe.
Norton vindt het virus/trojan in C:\WINDOWS\System32\dtc32.dll, dat kan ie ook niet vinden.
Maar dat verhipte ding zit er wel.
Heb op aanraden van iemand The Cleaner er over heen gehaald, die vond 1 Trojan,maar dus niet de PWSteal.

Ik hoop dat ik voldoende info heb gegeven.

Heb je alles wel zichtbaar gemaakt? Zie 2e bericht.
Readme zul je natuurlijk heel veel vinden want dat heeft ieder programma wel bij zich.

Doe eens wat Paul-RT zegt en plaats een log volgens de instructies.

Als Norton het virus vindt in System 32 dan moet het er zijn. Wie kan dit file niet vinden?
Als je dus die dtc32.dll kunt vinden en moet deleten zou ik het zeker doen. Tenzij het virus aan een goed file is 'geplakt' dan heb je een probleem.

Symantec letterlijk volgen is dan het beste.

Maar...........plaats eens een log (3e bericht)

Hoi Elisa, ik heb gisteren een log geplaatst bij Pieter, maar die kon verder niet veel vinden.
En ik typ dtc32.dll in bij zoeken en hij vindt het gewoon niet. En ik heb gedaan wat je zei bij je eerste reactie op mij.

Je scant met Norton en deze vind een trojan/virus?

Norton vindt het virus/trojan in C:\WINDOWS\System32\dtc32.dll, dat kan ie ook niet vinden Norton vindt, wie vind niet? Bedoel je met zoeken?

Er kwam inneens zo'n waarschuwings pop-up van Norton. Ik denk dat het binnen is gekomen via een download, ik zou het anders niet weten. Norton geeft aan dat het virus dus in die system 32 zit, dus ik zoek die file via het zoek systeem van Windows, maar hij kan dat helemaal niet vinden.

Dat is wel heel raar. Kun je die popup niet net even verkeerd opgeschreven hebben? Deze zal nu niet meer voor staan.
Laat Norton de C:\ nog eens scannen en schrijf dan de melding nog een keer op.
Er moet gewoon iets gevonden worden.

Dit is mijn report van Norton van gisteren en vandaag. Ik heb het wel goed genoteerd. Moet je maar 's kijken hoe vaak ik hem heb gekregen en niet via email, dan krijg is alleen die Netsky en andere rotzooi. Ook dat geeft Norton aan met een waarschuwing, dat dat virus op mijn pc zit, ik heb de verwijder tool gedownload en er over heen gehaald maar er zit niets!

Het punt is dat Norton ze wel vind maar er niets aan kan doen. Misschien wil dat zeggen dat het een waardevol file is.
Wat ik toch echt gek vind is toch wel dat jij em niet kunt vinden. Heb je het al eens handmatig gedaan via de verkenner naar sys32 toe?

Wat ik toch echt gek vind is toch wel dat jij em niet kunt vinden. Heb je het al eens handmatig gedaan via de verkenner naar sys32 toe?


Moet je me even uitleggen wat je hiermee bedoelt.
Ik gebruiken zoeken, die met dat hondje zeg maar.

Jeetje, hoe moet ik dat uitleggen.
Origineel staat de verkenner onder
start/alle programma's/bureauaccessoires.
Als jem daar nog hebt rechtsklik er dan op en zet dat ding op je bureaublad. Heel erg handig.
Je krijgt dan beeld op je hele schijf/schijven.
Klap de C:\ open/ klap Windows open en zoek system 32 op. Klik er op en zoek dan rechts naar dat file.
Trouwens........in diezelfde verkenner heb je toch ook alles zichtbaar gemaakt?

Nee, niet daarin, in die zoekfunctie,heb ik op mapopties geklikt en daar alle dingen aan en uitgevinkt wat ie allemaal laat zien.
Maar ik ga nu even zoeken zoals je dat hier boven hebt beschreven.
