[Windows 8.1] Beveiligingsupdate mislukt

Hallo,

Sinds kort zit ik met het probleem dat ik een beveiligingsupdate niet kan installeren. Steeds verschijnt er dat de update mislukt is.

Er is een beveiligingsprobleem vastgesteld bij een softwareproduct van Microsoft dat invloed kan hebben op uw systeem. Installeer deze update van Microsoft om uw systeem hiertegen te beveiligen. Zie voor een complete lijst met problemen die in deze update zijn opgenomen het bijbehorende Microsoft Knowledge Base-artikel. Nadat u deze update hebt geïnstalleerd, moet u de computer wellicht opnieuw opstarten.

Ik heb besturingssysteem: Windows 8.1.
Ook heb ik het volgende artikel met de 3 oplossing mogelijkheden geprobeerd maar tevergeefs: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/957310/nl

Hopelijk kan iemand mij hierbij helpen.

Belangrijk is om te weten wat de problemen precies zijn.

Open kladblok. Klik op Start > Alle programma's > Bureau-Accessoires > Kladblok
Kopieer onderstaande code:

Klik Bestand op de werkbalk > Opslaan als
Bij "Opslaan in" kies je: Bureaublad.
Bij "Bestandsnaam" typ je: updateerror.bat.
Bij "Opslaan als type" selecteer je: Alle bestanden (*.*).
Klik op de knop Opslaan. Rechtsklik → updateerror.bat →Als administrator uitvoearen
Post dit log.

Zoals je ziet gaat het iedere keer om de zelfde update. Kan je hier iets mee?

Je kunt de computer schoon opstarten om de updates handmatig te installeren.

b. Dubbelklik op het gedownloade bestand.
c. Je kan ofwel Klik op Uitvoeren om de installatie te starten of je kunt klikken op Opslaan. Sla het op op het bureaublad en start de installatie nadat de update volledig is gedownload.
d. Na het installeren van de update, herstart de computer.

Het gaat om de Windows 8.1 en niet om Windows 8. Daarnaast geef je waarschijnlijk aan om een handmatige installatie voor de update uit te voeren. Dit heb ik al meerdere keren gedaan, zonder enig resultaat.
 
Surf hier naar toe.
Voer de diagnose uit om uit te zoeken wat het probleem is en de SURS om de inconsistentie in de updates op te lossen.

Kijk vervolgens hier voor meer info over de 80073712 error.

Bedankt voor je reactie. Helaas heb ik dit zelf ook al eens allemaal uitgevoerd maar ook zonder resultaat. Ik ben nu bereid om eventueel Windows opnieuw te installeren.
 
Kans dat het bij een herinstallatie weer voorkomt.

Je kan de huidige versie van IE deïnstalleren door te kijken bij Start - Alle programma's - Windows Update - Geïnstalleerde updates.

Probeer de de 64-bitsversie uit te voeren.
Download
IE 10 (x64) of
IE 11 (x64).
